Novak Djokovic won the Australian Open 2020 to clinch his 17th grand slam trophy. With all these titles, it would become really cumbersome to find a place to keep all these trophies.
However, the Djoker revealed that his dad had a place figured out to keep all the trophies. In addition, Novak also revealed the importance that Grand Slams hold in his career at this point.

What Did Novak Djokovic Say?
Novak Djokovic revealed that he indeed had a proper trophy cabinet figured out. It was taken care off by his father-
“Well, my father in Serbia has a mini-museum. So, he keeps it there. He already told me that he created some more room for the new trophy.”
Novak further went on to reveal the impact of winning yet another grand slam title. With every grand slam he wins, he inches closer to the all-time record held by Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. However, the Serbian star is only thankful-
“It’s a huge honour to win one of the most important trophies once again. I tried not to take things for granted even though I won this trophy seven times before this year. But, you know grand slams are probably the biggest reason why I’m still competing today and still playing professional tennis. These tournaments have the most historic meaning and they motivate me to be the best I can be.”
Novak Djokovic has made it clear that winning grand slams is now the topmost priority of his career. Last year, he won the Australian Open and Wimbledon. He has started 2020 on a high with an Australian Open victory. In the best-case scenario, if he wins all three remaining grand slams this year, he goes over Rafael Nadal and equals Roger Federer.
Do you think Novak Djokovic can achieve this feat in 2020?
